Whether you’re shopping for a whole new wardrobe, a special occasion, an exact item or just in the mood for something unique - It’s as easy as texting a friend!

Once our stylist knows what you’re looking for, they get to work finding the best options within your specified size and budget. And remember, your child’s style is in good hands because our stylists aren’t personal shoppers; they are trained professionals skilled at creating amazing looks!

As soon as they have the perfect looks, they will text you pictures of their fashionable finds. You simply review their recommendations and only purchase what you love.

What age group do you style?

We style newborn through 9 years old.

When is a good time to text?

Whenever it’s convenient for you. We know things get busy, we’re here to help. Our styling team works early mornings and late nights so that we can be available when you need. Occasionally, we have experienced some peak times, and in those cases it may take us a few minutes to respond – but don’t worry, we will always get back to you timely with options we know you’ll love.

What does it cost?

Our stylists are 100% free. You only pay for items that you select prior to shipment. Pre-selecting items before purchase helps you control your costs and eliminates the hassle of sending back items that don’t work for you.

What brands do you use?

Our partners are brands that produce high quality kids’ clothes. Most of our brands produce clothes that are 100% organic, and are sustainably produced. We are proud of our individual relationships with each brand, because they allow us to make sure our customers always receive high quality products.

Do standard text-messaging rates apply?

They may. You can always reach out to your phone provider, if you have specific rate questions.

Can I still return items if they don’t work for my child?

Of course! All kiddos are unique and sometimes one size does not fit all. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase simply return it for a full refund or credit towards your next Kid Things purchase.

How do I know my payment information will be secure?

We only use trusted payment services like PayPal and Shopify. We rely on these established companies that specialize in payment processing that have all the necessary security measures in place. If you've ever bought anything online before, you're ready to shop with Kid Things!

How do I track my purchase?

We make this easy too. Once your order has shipped, we will send you a text message notification. We also have helpful customer service agents in place to assist with status updates, unexpected delivery issues or returns – just text us!

Do you have free shipping?

Right now we offer free shipping within the U.S. on orders over $100.

For every $100.00 I spend, a pack of school supplies is provided to disadvantaged children on my behalf?

Yes. We are moms too and we recognize the value of early childhood education. When we founded Kid Things we wanted to provide a way for our customers to give back to an important cause that is close to all our hearts. We chose to start with early childhood education because studies show that kids who have access to high quality care as early as 8 weeks do better in school, are healthier, and are much less likely to be involved in crime later in life. We are so happy to invest in this, and we thought you would be too. So, for every $100 you spend, we will donate funds on your behalf towards school supplies for Educare. Educare is an amazing non-profit that is considered the gold standard when it comes to kids’ education!
